Position Title: HR ASSISTANT

JOB PURPOSE OR SUMMARY
The HR Assistant will be responsible for the recruitment and integration of temporary and permanent staff, Establishment of employment
contracts for permanent and temporary staff.
PRINCIPAL OR ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
HR administration and development
- Recruitment and integration of temporary and permanent staff
- Establishment of employment contracts for permanent and temporary staff
- Updating of personnel files
- Establishment of transfer letters
- Follow-up of disciplinary files

Management of work accidents (opening of work accident files, follow-up with the CNPS, calculation of daily allowances for an accident
victim, monitoring the conformity of documents transmitted by Employees)
- Registration of employees at the CNPS
- Follow-up of annual leave
- Ensure the provision of temporary staff to clients.
Payroll management
- Collecting time sheets from clients and processing them
- Calculation of employees' holidays
- Ensure deduction of advances and payments of salaries on time
- Calculation of end of contract benefits of employees (redundancy, retirement)
EXPERIENCE/ COMPETENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
- At least, HND in HR management.
- At least two years experience in a related field.
- Mastery of Microsoft applications such as (MS Excel, Word, Power point)
- Maintain a high level of safety awareness and standards in all daily duties and tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Bilingualism will offer an added advantage.
